Sculpture > Memories of SE Asia

The first month I spent in Thailand was in the rural countryside of the North, under the wings of local artisans carving teak roots. They were carving realistic elephants, Buddhas, and Hindu deities in traditional styles, but I insisted on carving these psychedelic biomorphic forms from my imagination :)
